The sugar bowl is decorated with a broad band of shaded flowers and scrolls in green, pink and blue cloisonne enamel over a pink ground, the swing handle is similarly decorated over a deep turquoise ground, gilded interior. Sugar tongs are decorated with stylized vary color enamel floral and foliate ornaments over a stippled gilt ground
