19th Century Imperial Russian silver-gilt and cloisonne enamel tea glass holder by Pavel Ovchinnikov, of a circular form raised on a spreading foot with blue enamel pellet design, the side handle is modeled as a dolphin head bracket profusely decorated with polychrome cloisonne enamel. The body features an overlay representing a Pan-Slavic emblem with a wheel between two stylized birds also adorned with various-colored cloisonne enamel. Hallmarks: maker's name '
